Integrating 365pay and pairing a supported payment terminal allows you to accept independent customer payments on your self-service devices. Before you can begin, you must have already received a confirmation about your configured 365pay and Adyen terminal setups, including the relevant Adyen terminal profiles being assigned to your Merchant ID.

In this article, you’ll learn how to authorize the 365pay gateway via the Merchant Portal and pair your physical Adyen card reader directly with an Android Self Order Kiosk terminal.

Integrate 365pay with the Eats365 POS system (First-time setup)

1. Log in to the Merchant Portal and ensure that your preferred restaurant profile is set.
2. On the left panel, navigate to Restaurant SettingsPayment SettingsIntegrated Payment Settings.
   Tip: You can click the shortcut link from the “Application Process” tab to immediately jump to this page.
3. Under “Payment Settings,” click on 365pay. Then, turn on 365pay .
4. Enable Allow Member Credit Top Up .
5. Next to “Printing Method,” choose your preferred printing device. The selected printing method prints all the receipts related to 365pay. You can choose from the following options: 
   • Disabled
   • POS
   • Terminal
6. Next to “Tipping Method,” select where tip information will be displayed. You can choose from the following options:
   • Disabled
   • POS
   • Terminal: The option to add a tip is displayed on the payment terminal.
   • CFD
   • Receipt
7. Under “Enabled Payment Type”, choose from the available payment types:
   • Credit Card
   • Alipay
   • Wechat
   • PayMe
8. At the bottom right, click on Save to confirm. You must restart the POS device for the changes to take effect.

Once 365pay is successfully set up on the POS, proceed with the setup on the Android Self Order Kiosk by connecting an Adyen terminal.

Pair an Adyen terminal with Eats365 Self Order Kiosk (Android)

To connect an Adyen terminal to an Android Self Order Kiosk, follow the steps below:

1. On the Self Order Kiosk, tap “www.eats365pos.com" multiple times to access the Kiosk’s settings. This displays a password prompt.
   
2. Enter your 4-digit passcode.
   
3. Select Payment Settings.
   
4. Enable 365pay Adyen , then tap Setting.
   
5. Scan the pairing QR code or manually enter the terminal ID (PoI ID) using the required format (Model Number + “hyphen” + Serial Number). For example: “P400Plus-123456789.” You can find this information on the underside of the terminal or in the terminal’s product manual.
   
6. Choose the payment methods you want to enable for 365pay by ticking the corresponding checkbox . The available payment methods are determined by your current 365pay integrated payment configuration.
   
   
7. At the top right, tap Save.
