Manage online ordering status on the Eats365 POS (Food Court)
Learn how to enable or disable receiving online orders on the Eats365 POS for your Food Court restaurant.
You can control your food court restaurant’s online ordering availability by vendor directly from the Eats365 POS. This feature allows you to turn on or suspend receiving orders placed through your restaurant's online channels, providing operational flexibility during service hours.
Before you can manage the POS online ordering status, you must first set up online ordering for your restaurant. By enabling the online ordering function for a dining type, you're allowing the POS to receive online orders. Refer to the following articles to learn more:

In this article, you'll learn how to suspend and resume receiving online orders on the Eats365 POS.
Enable vendor to receive orders
Before you can manage a vendor's online order receiving status, you must first enable operations for that vendor. To do this, follow the steps below:
Eats365 POS
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings
.
- Under "Food Court," tap Vendor.
- Select the vendor you'd like to configure the current operation settings for.
- Turn on Operation
. This signifies that the selected vendor is currently in operation. If disabled, the vendor will not be available for ordering.
- To allow receiving online orders on the POS for the vendor, enable Receive Order
.
Tip: You can also control this from the POS home page.
Merchant Portal 2.0
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Menu Setup
Vendor.
- Next to the vendor you'd like to configure current operation settings for, click on Edit
.
- To allow receiving online orders on the POS for the vendor, enable In Operation
.
Tip: You can also control this from the POS home page.
- Turn on Show on Menu
. This signifies that the selected vendor is currently in operation. If disabled, the vendor will not be available for ordering.
- At the top right, click on Save to confirm.
Suspend receiving online orders
To pause accepting online orders, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings
Accept Online Orders.
- Disable
the appropriate toggle.

Accept Online Orders (General toggle): This pauses receiving online orders for all dining types.

Specific dining types: This allows you to pause receiving online orders for select dining types. For example, you can disable Delivery Order
but not Pickup Order
.

Accept Online Orders (General toggle): This pauses receiving online orders for all dining types.
- Select the suspension duration, then tap Confirm. Once the chosen duration is finished, receiving online orders will resume automatically. This prevents any unintentional oversight with manually turning the setting back on.
Resume receiving online orders
To start accepting online orders again for the whole restaurant or a specific dining type, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Eats365 POS.
- At the top left, tap Settings
Accept Online Orders.
- Enable
the appropriate toggle.
