When KPay is integrated with Eats365 Biz, you can process supported payment methods such as credit cards, digital wallets, QR codes, and Octopus payments.

In this article, you'll learn how to use the process payments using KPay on the Eats365 Biz.

Process payment for an order

To process a payment using a KPay terminal, follow the steps below:

1. Open the Eats365 Biz app. 
2. Place an order.
3. When the customer is ready to pay, tap Confirm.
   
   • If the Eats365 Biz is configured to require payment, you'll be directed to the payment page. 
   • If the Eats365 Biz accepts pay later, a prompt appears to confirm whether you want to pay immediately or pay later. Tap Send Order Now and Pay.
     
     
4. From the list of accepted payment methods, select KPay.
   
   
5. Tap Pay to confirm.
6. Select the payment method to be used for payment. You can choose from the following: 
   • Bank card (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, AE, Union Pay)
   • Phone payments (Apple Pay, Google Pay, Samsung Pay, Huawei Pay)
   • QR Code payments (Alipay, WeChat Pay)
   • Octopus
   • FPS
   • PayMe
7. Depending on the payment method used, you may tap the customer's card, phone, or scan the QR code to continue processing the payment.
