Process payments on the Eats365 Biz

Learn how to process payments and void orders on the Eats365 Biz.

The Eats365 Biz allows you to perform essential payment-related functions such as processing payments and voiding orders, using a portable POS device.

In this article, you'll learn how to process payments and void orders using the Eats365 Biz.

Process payment for an order

Before an order can be picked up or delivered, the customer must settle the bill. 

To process a payment for an order, follow the steps below:

  1. Open the Eats365 Biz app. 
  2. On the "Orders" page, tap the order that you want to process a payment for. The screen will display all of the pending order details. 

    Tip: 
    • If there are multiple orders available, you can search for the order directly from the search bar. To filter your search further, tap Filter beside the search bar.

    • To change the order view, tap the available order view options or tap Order History .
  3. At the bottom, tap Pay.

  4. Under “Payment Method,” select the customer’s preferred tender. 

  5. At the bottom right, tap Pay. 
  6. Tap Print Receipt to issue a receipt. Tap No Receipt to skip printing a receipt. 

Void an order 

The Eats365 Biz can also void paid orders placed through the Eats365 Biz or your restaurant’s online channels. 

To void an order, follow the steps below: 

  1. Open the Eats365 Biz app. 
  2. On the "Orders" page, tap the order that you want to void.
    Tip: 
    • If there are multiple orders available, you can search for the order directly from the search bar. To filter your search further, tap Filter beside the search bar.

    • To change the order view, tap the available order view options or tap Order History .
  3. At the top right, tap Void.

  4. Select a "Void Reason" and add an optional note.

  5. Tap Done to confirm.
