Configure eSignage to show custom content
Learn how to display custom content, such as daily specials, featured menu items, or marketing campaigns, directly on your eSignage screens.
The eSignage supports custom promotional content that can be displayed alongside your active order display or take over the screen entirely. Leveraging these visual slots helps increase product visibility, highlight high-margin dishes, and drive cross-selling initiatives directly in your dining area.
In this article, you'll learn how to configure the eSignage to show custom content.
Note:
- This feature is only available for the "Pickup Display" and "Digital Board System" modes.
- The Digital Board mode isn't supported on the Android eSignage.
Show custom content on the eSignage
To display custom content on the eSignage, follow the steps below:
Important: Before you start, make sure you have already uploaded your media files to your dashboard. For more information, refer to Set up and manage Media Promotion.

Tip: To switch themes, at the top right, click on the account name. Then, select Back to Classic Theme.
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings
Media Promotion. - Create a media promotion and upload the images, videos, or text that you want to appear on the eSignage.
Note: For information on how to create a media promotion, refer to Set up and manage Media Promotion. - On the left panel, click on ModuleseSignageLicense.
- Next to the eSignage that you want to use to show custom images, click on Edit
.
- Click on the Media tab.
- Enable
the media that you would like to show on the eSignage.
- At the top right, click on Save to confirm.
Merchant Portal (Classic Theme)
Tip: To switch themes, at the top right, click on the account name. Then, select Experience Merchant Portal 2.0.
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Restaurant Settings. Then, select Media Promotion.
- Create a media promotion and upload the images, videos, or text that you want to appear on the eSignage.
Note: For information on how to create a media promotion, refer to Set up and manage Media Promotion. - On the left panel, click on Advanced Settings.
- Under Modules, select eSignage.
- On the left panel, click on License.
- Next to the eSignage that you want to use to show custom images, click on Edit.
- Click on the Media tab.
- Select the media that you would like to show on the eSignage.
- At the top right, tap Save to confirm.
