Show orders from multiple pickup counters on a pickup display
Learn how to combine orders from multiple pickup counters and display them on a single pickup display.
Configuring the eSignage app to display orders from multiple pickup counters lets large-format restaurants or food halls with separate assembly stations (like Hot Foods, Drinks, Desserts) manage customer collections using a centralized customer-facing monitor.
In this article, you'll learn how to configure the eSignage settings on the Merchant Portal to support multiple pickup counters in one display.
Configure the pickup display on the Merchant Portal
To use the eSignage as a pickup display that can show orders from multiple pickup counters, follow the steps below:
- Log in to the Merchant Portal.
- On the left panel, click on Modules

License. - Next to the device that you want to configure, click on Edit
. - Next to "Mode of Operation," select Order Pickup Display.
- Next to "Version," select 2.0.
- Next to "Filter By," select Pickup Counter(s).

- Next to "Pickup Counter(s) to Display," select the pickup counters that you want to assign to the pickup display.
Note:-
For Full Screen Mode: You can select a maximum of four pickup counters.

Split Screen Mode: You can select a maximum of two pickup counters.

- If you select only one pickup counter, the minimum value for your columns or rows must be set to "2."

For Full Screen Mode: You can select a maximum of four pickup counters.
- Next to "Dimension," select the orientation you want to use to show orders on the pickup display and configurethe number of columns or rows that will be displayed. You can choose from the following:

Horizontal - Displays content horizontally.

Note: Horizontal layouts (landscape mode) use Columns to scale cell sizes. The row height will automatically adjust to match the total column calculation.- For Full Screen mode: Each counter requires at least one column. The combined total across all counters cannot exceed eight columns.
- For Split Screen: Each counter requires at least one column. The combined total across all counters cannot exceed four columns.

Vertical - Displays content vertically.

Note: Vertical layouts (portrait mode) use Rows to scale cell sizes. The column width will automatically adjust to match the total row calculation.- For Full Screen mode: Each counter requires at least one row. The combined total across all counters cannot exceed 22 rows.
- For Split Screen mode: Each counter requires at least one row. The combined total across all counters cannot exceed 10 rows.

Horizontal - Displays content horizontally.
- Complete the pickup display configuration. For more information, refer to Configure eSignage settings (tvOS).
- Click on Save to confirm.
