Once integrated, customers can scan their ShopBack payment QR code to pay for their orders on the Self Order Kiosk (Android).

In this article, you'll learn how to set up ShopBack on the Merchant Portal and activate it on the Self Order Kiosk (Android) terminal.

Set up ShopBack on the Merchant Portal

To configure ShopBack credentials for your restaurant, follow the steps below:

1. Log in to the Merchant Portal.
2. On the left panel, click on Restaurant SettingsPayment SettingIntegrated Payment Settings.
3. From the list of payment services, scroll to the right and find “ShopBack,” then toggle on Enable .
   
4. Enter the following integration credentials:
   
   • POS ID
   • Secret Key ID
   • Secret Key
5. At the bottom right, click on Save.

Once integrated, you must then enable the setup on the Android Self Order Kiosk.

Enable ShopBack on the Self Order Kiosk (Android)

To set up ShopBack as a payment method on the Self Order Kiosk, follow the steps below: 

1. On the Self Order Kiosk, tap “www.eats365pos.com" multiple times to access the Kiosk’s settings. This displays a password prompt.
   
2. Enter your 4-digit passcode.
   
3. Select Payment Settings.
   
4. Enable "ShopBack."
5. At the top right, tap Save.

Once setup is complete, ShopBack will be displayed on the tender list of the Self Order Kiosk.
